25,000 contacts.
A more organized
way to reach them.
A customer had 25,000 contacts to reach, but each group needed different information. Sending everything at once would also have made it difficult for their team to keep up with the responses.
We segmented the contacts, matched each group with the appropriate email, and staggered delivery around the team’s capacity. Selected groups received a later text prompting them to check their email; others received email only.
The groups were also easier to find and use for future campaigns, giving the customer a way to nurture contacts without relying on as much manual dialing.
WHAT HAPPENED NEXTThe customer reported that calls were already coming in from people responding to the campaign.

The visit ends.
The relationship
shouldn’t.
A smog shop may not see the same vehicle again for two years. The business wanted a better way to stay connected after each visit, instead of hoping the customer would remember them when it was time to return.
We designed a reconnect workflow that starts with a review request, reminds customers about other vehicles in the household, and creates an opportunity to refer friends or family. Occasional, useful messages keep the relationship going between visits.
The plan also includes a reminder before the vehicle’s next likely smog cycle. Each step has a purpose and a place in the customer journey, giving the shop a repeatable approach to follow-up.
THE PLAN WE DESIGNEDA clear sequence for staying connected after the visit—from the first review request to a future return reminder.
