We use collected data for:
- Providing and improving our services
- Processing transactions and payments
- Communicating with you about your inquiries, appointments, and promotions
- Enhancing website functionality and user experience
- Ensuring security and fraud prevention
- Maintaining records of your communication preferences and consent
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve services, arrange appointments, process transactions, support requested features, maintain communication preferences and consent records, protect our sites, and follow up about services. Messages may also include communications about your inquiry or requested services, scheduling updates, and other service-related follow-ups. Promotional texts or offers require separate, specific consent where offered. Consent to optional website cookies or chat does not itself enroll you in SMS.
Opt-In & Consent:
- You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in
- We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions
- We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws
- Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing services.

- You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in
- All opt-out requests are processed immediately.

- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business
- Messages will be directly related to the services you have requested
- We do not send promotional content without specific consent

SMS Data Protection Statement
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We implement strict data protection measures to safeguard your SMS opt-in information and consent records.
4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We share personal information as described below, including optional ad measurement when you allow it. We may share information with:
Service Providers:
- Third-party vendors who assist in our operations (e.g., payment processing, appointment scheduling)
- SMS aggregators and providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages you've consented to receive
- All service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security
We use service providers to host and operate the websites, provide analytics and CRM tools where permitted by your tracking choice, process payments, support chat and appointments, and deliver messages you have consented to receive. Those providers process information to perform services for us.
Legal Compliance:
- If required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights
- In response to valid law enforcement requests or court orders
Business Transfers:
- In case of mergers, acquisitions, or sale of assets
- In such cases, your data remains protected under the terms of this policy
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. The SMS Data Protection Statement above governs mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
5. Data Security
We implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect your personal information:
- Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest
- Secure access controls and authentication mechanisms
- Regular security assessments and updates
- Employee training on data protection
- Breach notification protocols in accordance with applicable laws
- Secure backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention: We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve requests, and meet applicable obligations.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Analyze site traffic and user behavior
- Remember your preferences
- Improve website functionality and user experience
- Measure the effectiveness of our services
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our website.
Optional tracking is off until you accept it. Accepting enables Google Analytics and our CRM visitor tracker. These tools may use cookies or browser storage and receive information about your device, browser, connection, visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, and interactions. Our CRM visitor tracker may associate website activity with contact information you provide. We use this information to understand website use and improve our marketing and follow-up. Google advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in this website implementation.
Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from reading our website, contacting us, or booking a call. Use "Privacy settings" in the footer to change your choice. We remember your choice for up to six months. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, optional tracking remains off. Declining later stops future optional tracking; it does not erase information already received.
The chat provider loads automatically if you accept optional cookies. If you decline, choosing "Chat with us" can allow chat and optional analytics and visitor tracking for this visit or for up to six months, according to the option you select. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, optional tracking stays off while you may request chat for the current visit. The booking page uses an embedded third-party calendar. Providers may use information or cookies needed to provide those requested features under their own privacy practices. Your optional tracking choice does not control every cookie inside a third-party chat or calendar.
We also use browser storage needed to remember privacy choices and support requested website features. Hosting and service providers may process technical logs to deliver and protect the website. Declining analytics does not stop a form or booking you deliberately submit.
First-party daily totals
Independently of optional tracking, we keep sitewide daily counts of page loads, privacy-prompt displays, first accept or decline choices, and clicks on booking and contact links. These totals count events rather than people. The counter sends only an event category and, for those links, a booking or contact category to our own website. We also count daily loads by an allowlisted page category and broad arrival category: Google ad tagged, TEAM link tagged, Google referral with paid or organic unknown, other external referral, internal navigation, or direct/unknown. Only these fixed labels and a finite campaign label are sent; the browser checks query tags and referrer locally.
This counter does not use visitor identifiers or store full page addresses, queries, referrers, browsing journeys, form contents, or advertising click IDs. We do not join these totals with CRM records or forward them to Google or OpenAI advertising systems. Basic totals are also recorded when you decline optional tracking or enable Global Privacy Control. Optional analytics and CRM visitor tracking still follow your choice as described above.
Reports cover the most recent 30 UTC calendar days. Older live aggregate rows are cleared when new events are recorded or a report is prepared. Our hosting providers, including Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare, may separately process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Provider logs, backups and recovery records have separate retention practices; the 30-day reporting window is not a promise to erase all provider records after 30 days.
Ad measurement
With your permission, we share an ad click reference, the page address, when your booking was submitted, and an event ID with OpenAI. These reports exclude your name, email address, and phone number. We use them to understand which ads lead to bookings. OpenAI may use this information for reporting, advertising measurement and delivery, custom audiences, and service improvement under its Conversion Terms and Ad Tools DPA. You can change your choice in Privacy settings and still book normally. We honor Global Privacy Control for ad measurement. Turning it off does not automatically delete information already shared. Your SMS choices are separate.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information
- Opt-out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in our emails
- Opt-out of SMS messages by replying "STOP"
- Request information on how we process your data
- Withdraw consent at any time for future communications
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 10.
You may change optional tracking through "Privacy settings" in the footer. We will review requests in light of applicable law and records we need to retain to provide services or meet obligations.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies. This privacy policy applies only to information collected by Standard 78 LLC.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website with the effective date. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website.
